Discounted Hotel Program

Gwin's Corporate Travel will gladly pursue proprietary hotel negotiations at properties where your company has a minimum of 100 annual room nights.

In addition, our joint venture relationship with BCD Travel offers access to the BCD Global Hotel Program. This preferred hotel program leverages the aggregate buying power of BCD Travel — one of the world’s largest global travel management providers — and focuses on the continuing need to manage hotel expenditures while providing travelers with a wide range of price and property options. Features of the BCD Global Hotel Program include:

  • 43,000 properties in 179 countries and 6 continents
  • 99 percent of the properties offer Best Available Rate (BAR) pricing.
  • Hotels participating in the BCD Travel Hotel Program must offer rates that are competitive with any unrestricted commissionable rates offered to any         other travel agency, consortium, third party Internet sites or the hotel company’s Internet site
  • In some cases hotels offer a discount from BAR and/or offer a BCD Travel negotiated rate
  • Strict hotel pricing requirements guarantee the lowest available rates
  • All negotiated rates are guaranteed for last-room availability."Last Room Availability" at select properties
  • Real-time inventory for instant confirmations worldwide
  • Expanded range of properties from budget, to moderate, to luxury resorts
  • Properties screened to ensure basic safety and quality standards

Your company can benefit from the BCD Global Hotel Program rates in areas where you do not currently have negotiated proprietary rates established.
